Terms of Use — Cocodrilo Comelón

By playing Cocodrilo Comelón (the "Game") you accept these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it. Owner: PoPey Group S.A.C.S. 1. Licence
We grant you a personal, free, non-exclusive, revocable licence to play the Game for non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, resell, redistribute or upload the Game to other sites without written permission.
2. Intellectual property
The Game, its code, 3D model, artwork, icons, sounds and the "Cocodrilo Comelón" name belong to the owner or its licensors. The Game is not affiliated with any third-party toy or brand.
3. Dares and responsible play
The Game may suggest "dares" for the loser and show a "house dare" written by the group itself. All of it is optional and can be turned off. The "spicy" level is for adults (18+) only and requires confirmation. The house dare is the responsibility of whoever writes it: the Game does not suggest or promote drinking alcohol or physical punishments. Nobody has to do them: never do anything dangerous, illegal, offensive or that makes someone uncomfortable. Children should play under adult supervision. The owner is not responsible for what players choose to do off-screen.
4. Ads
The Game is free and shows third-party ads; advertisers are responsible for their content. Some ads may be optional in exchange for an in-game reward; rewards have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed.
5. Third-party platforms
If you play on Poki, CrazyGames, Google Play or the App Store, that platform's terms also apply. For store matters (payments, refunds, downloads) the store's terms prevail. Apple and Google are not responsible for the Game or its support.
6. No warranty
The Game is provided "as is", without any warranty of availability or freedom from errors. We may change, update or discontinue it at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for indirect damages, data loss or damages arising from use of the Game. Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
8. Privacy
Data processing is explained in the Privacy Policy.
9. Use of the Game in giveaways and live streams
The Game may be used as an entertainment tool in free giveaways or contests run by third parties (for example, streamers or hosts) during live streams. In that case:
- a) Organizer. The person running the giveaway (the "Host") is its sole organizer and is solely responsible for it. The owner of the Game does not organize, sponsor, administer or endorse any giveaway, and does not provide, purchase, guarantee or ship any prize.
- b) Prize and rules. The Host provides the prize and is solely responsible for publishing clear official rules, selecting and notifying the winner, delivering the prize, and complying with all applicable laws, taxes, permits and registrations wherever participants are located.
- c) No purchase or payment necessary. Entry into any giveaway using the Game must be free. No purchase, payment, donation, subscription, membership or virtual gift (gifts, Bits, Super Chats, Stars or similar) may be required to enter or to improve the odds of winning. Using the Game for paid gambling or betting violates these Terms.
- d) Age and territory. The Host sets the minimum age (we recommend 18) and obtains parental or guardian consent where required. Giveaways are void where prohibited or restricted by law.
- e) Random outcome. The outcome of each round is determined by the Game's random mechanics. The Game is provided "as is": we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not responsible for technical failures, connection drops, device errors or Host decisions affecting a giveaway.
- f) Platforms. The Game and its owner are not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Kick or any other platform. The Host must follow the rules of the platform used.
- g) Personal data. The Game stores player names only on the device and does not send them to its owner. If the Host collects participants' data (for example, to deliver a prize), the Host acts as the data controller and must comply with applicable data protection law.
- h) Indemnity. The Host will hold the owner of the Game harmless from any claim, fine or damage arising from giveaways the Host runs.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. They are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru, and any dispute is submitted to the courts of Chiclayo, Lambayeque, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
