Privacy Policy — Cocodrilo Comelón

This policy explains what data is processed when you play Cocodrilo Comelón (the "Game") on the web, on game portals (Poki, CrazyGames) or in the Android and iOS apps. Data bank owner and controller: PoPey Group S.A.C.S. (RUC 20614281953), a company incorporated in Peru, with registered address in Ferreñafe, Lambayeque, Peru (full address available on request at hola@cocodrilocomelon.com) ("we"). Contact: hola@cocodrilocomelon.com.
1. Summary
- We do not ask for sign-up, accounts, email or payment details.
- Player names and the "house dare" you type stay only on your device: we never receive them, and they are not published or shared with other players.
- Only if you agree, we send anonymous usage statistics to improve the Game (section 3).
- The Game is free and funded by ads served by third parties (the portal or ad network). Those third parties may process technical data under their own policies.
2. Data stored on your device

We do not send this data to any server. Please use nicknames rather than real personal data.
3. Usage statistics (only with your consent)
If you agree, the Game sends anonymous data about how it is played: game events (e.g. "round started", "bite", "rematch"), how long rounds last and how long the Game takes to load, device type (phone/tablet/computer), language, version and the portal you play on. They are tied to a random code created on your device, not linked to your name, account or location. We never send player names, the "house dare" text or anything you type, nor advertising identifiers.
Data is stored on servers of Supabase Inc. (our processor) hosted on Amazon Web Services in São Paulo, Brazil (region sa-east-1), which is an international data transfer. For players in the European Economic Area, this transfer relies on the European Commission's adequacy decision for Brazil (26 January 2026) and, as an additional safeguard because Supabase Inc. is a US company, on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses included in Supabase's data processing agreement (DPA). Data is kept for 13 months and then deleted. No own statistics are sent on Poki. You can withdraw consent at any time, and "Delete my data" in the Game erases data already sent and the code on your device.
4. Ads and third-party services
Depending on where you play, the Game integrates the platform's SDK, which shows ads and receives technical game events (e.g. "a round started/ended") to decide when to show an ad:

These third parties may use device or browser identifiers, IP address and technical data (model, OS, language) to serve ads, measure them, prevent fraud and, if you allow it, personalise them. Where the law requires it (e.g. EU/EEA, UK, or apps with child users) you will be asked for consent first; you can refuse and the Game keeps working with non-personalised ads. On iOS, cross-app tracking only happens if you accept the App Tracking Transparency prompt.
5. Children
The Game is suitable for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or the age set by your country). For users who may be children, ads are configured as non-personalised and age-appropriate. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
6. Legal basis and your rights
We process the minimum needed for the Game to work (legitimate interest); usage statistics and personalised ads only with your consent. We apply Peru's Personal Data Protection Law No. 29733 and its Regulation (Supreme Decree No. 016-2024-JUS). You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection (ARCO), withdraw consent and, if you are not satisfied with our answer, file a complaint with Peru's National Authority for Personal Data Protection (Ministry of Justice and Human Rights). If you play from another country, the rights under your local law also apply (e.g. GDPR in the EU, LGPD in Brazil or CCPA/CPRA in California). You can exercise them with "Delete my data" in the Game, by clearing local data, with the relevant third party, or by contacting us.
7. Security and retention
Statistics travel encrypted (HTTPS) and are kept for 13 months. Third parties retain their data under their policies.
8. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the Game or on the store listing.
